Compassionate Listening Practice Group

This Compassionate Listening practice group is open to anyone seeking more meaningful connection, wanting to build skills that bring greater ease to difficult conversations, and longing for more groundedness in daily life. The group offers an opportunity to show up with compassion, for ourselves and for others, especially in moments of challenge.

Together, we will practice the art of deep listening—not only to others, but to ourselves and the world around us. We will strengthen our ability to remain present, even in the face of disagreement, and to transform conflict into opportunities for connection and healing.
